Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

• Due to the intimate nature of garments I do not accept returns or exchanges unless items are damaged or defective.
• If you recieve a garment that is damaged or defective please let me know through the contact form to discuss options. Please contact me within 14 days of recieving your order to be eligible for a return.
• If you are unsure of your size please contact me to discuss custom sizing or to get personal assitance chosing the perfect size for your measurements. I will not exchange garments for a different size.

Shipping & Payment

• Only domestic shipping within the United States for now, this could change if there is international interest. Let me know through the contact form if you want me to start offering international shipping!
• Local pick-up/delivery available! Please leave a note with your order whether you'd like to pick-up your order from my studio or have me drop it off somewhere within Athens city limits.
  
• I use environmentally friendly and compostable packaging when possible. The 6x9 mailers are compostable, just make sure to remove the shipping lable before composting.
• Tracking information is provided once packages are shipped, once a package leaves my possesion it is the responsibility of the shipper. Please keep an eye on tracking info to make sure packages are accounted for upon arrival. I will not refund stolen packages.
